We get into ruts with our eating habits too. I talked about carpeting your rut a few days ago. Today, it’s about your eating habits. I am so guilty of eating the same thing all the time. When I was younger and single I ate nachos all the time. Easy to fix, grain, legume, cheese, protein and I was set. 

Now I try to mix it up a whole lot more. I did go through a spell of reading all the food magazines and the bounty of cooking books out there. I love food, it doesn’t always love me. As I age that is becoming more and more true. Still, I don’t let it stop me. 

Protein is my friend in a big way, it keeps me very happy.
