I am on a kick this week, in part due to frustration for my dear friend who is not well and did not eat well. We frequently traveled together which entails eating out. As I have cleaned up my diet and watch very closely what I eat, it has become harder and harder to eat out.
A meal that makes me ill (too much salt and sugar) leaves my friend unfazed. A week at ashow and I start feel physically ill from eating out. I just can’t process the salty/sugary food anymore.
Eat healthy, cook your food. As Michael Pollan says: if it has five of more ingredients on the list, it’s probably not food. Would your grandmother recognize it as food?
