We stayed at a resort on a hill side on vacation.
It was a lovely setting, pools, terraces and lots of lush plantings.
What I had not counted on that turned out to be a benefit for me:
We did stairs anytime we went somewhere on the grounds.
Upstairs to the pool
Upstairs to the bar
Upstairs to the restaurant.
Going for a walk meant hills.
Up hills, around the butte.
Down hills or down the stairs.
It keep all those desserts from sticking around
And I felt like I worked out daily.
