I had a few requests to talk more about what I bring to work to eat. 

Both my husband and I take our lunches to work. 

Actually we take several meals to get us from 7:30 am to 5pm

My husband loves to container of dry cereal and milk to add when he is ready to eat it. 

The rest of his food is usually a sandwich, protein drink, and a protein rich snack for the afternoon. He does keep a large bag of trail mix at his desk for snack 

Me: I like to have something with melted cheese on it.
I admit, gotta have my cheese! Especially melted cheese. 

Lately I have been poaching chicken breasts which I cut up into small pieces, 

Add in tomatoes and a slice of cooked turkey bacon. 

I sprinkle shredded cheese on top and put it in the toaster oven until it’s all melted. 

I always have a green salad or two during the day with my melted cheesy goodness. 

Snacks: nuts, cheese, protein drink in the afternoon. 

Eat healthy and make sure you get a good protein hit between 3 and 4 pm.
