Yesterday I talked about what my husband and I take to work to eat for the day.
It’s a lot of food because we eat every two to three hours all day long.
Some days it feels like I just ate and I am hungry again!
You need to eat healthy proteins and fats all day, not just at breakfast or lunch.
For most of you, skip the carbs, or eat them in the morning only.
My husband, he needs to eat carbs, me - I try to avoid them all day long.
Except for cheat day or as my friend Bill Cortright calls it reset day.
Carbs just stick to my gut in more ways than one!
