It’s that mid-afternoon slump that gets many of us. We are lethargic, feel like a nap, it’s hard to work and concentrate. 

Most likely it has been 2 -3 hours since your last meal. 

Makes something sweet sound oh so good. 

Just a quick pastry and a mocha from the coffee shop downstairs

That will do the trick! 


By four pm you will be unable to think clearly and function at decent level. 

For those of you that have to get in a car and drive home, it’s even worse. 

You need a healthy mini-meal 

Even if dinner is only three hours away, 

Your brain needs another hit of protein.

Feed your brain and you will feel very much better.
