Decades ago I was told to not eat wheat. From wheat I slowly eliminated all grains from my diet. Occasionally I will cheat and have a cookie or something else with wheat in it. Then I pay either in the form of a carb hangover or a more recent development: joint pain in my hands. It will take days for the pain to recede as my body slowly breaks down the poisons from the grain. Today's podcast is about grains.
